Hi, I have been a long time member of this site and I just finished my first AMV a few months ago and showed it at AnimeNorth 2006. It was reclassified as an alternative entry but was a finalist and I was wondering if an admin out there could check my video to see if I could post it on this site.

Is it anime? Then yes. Does it combine anime and other animated footage or live footage? 75% must be anime. If it meets these requirements, then go for it. You generally don't need to request it to be checked to have it uploaded, though this is probably far better than the idiots who upload whatever the hell they want.
