Given my posession of more than five living brain cells, I understand. But what I meant is that the org can't be legally made responsible for it. Or can it? This kind of overlaps with the hosatchel discussion (omg, i'm actually tiping "hosatchel" instead of the censored word)

The thing you have to realize about the legal system is that it's not whether something is right or wrong or if someone broke the law or didn't. In a jury trial it's about convincing a group of people that you're right - and in a non-jury trial convincing a judge (or judges) of the same thing. This is legally uncharted territory, and given the large amout of money and the teams of lawyers such groups that may do us harm would possess, a group such as this one would be at a disadvantage. We needn't give our potential executioners more rope to hang us with.

Now this is all just a doomsday scenario and probably won't happen, but it's best to be cautious and not paint targets on ourselves by our actions.
