in the video info, you don't need to list any links (unless it's a big/otherwise un-uploadable to the org file)
just skip this part and finish the information (can also skip the collaborators and conventions)

after completing the info, go to upload video, and get your username/password
if you have Internet Explorer, follow this

you could also get filezilla (click the pic in my sig) to upload your file
make sure that your firewall(s) are turned to low or off while uploading

this question is asked on a daily basis, so some people (like orwell) are tired of answering the same questions over and over...please use the search function next time...then ask questions if you don't find anything

ok sry i didn't eve nthink that this question is prolyl answered liek crazy and i know what it's like answering questions all the time being a mod at a forum and members at others
