This first time I've done something like this. This is also the only thing that came to mind, but I don't know if you want subtitles removed or if it even matters. Also, I am thinking that it is too short, but whatever.

Whoa, missed a whole page of comments.
In order:
Studio watermarks would defeat the point of blinding the vids. Current plan is to do a uniform watermark style with the number & song title, and at the end of the showing, a big index with screen caps of the vids next to their designation, so people can be clear on which vid they're voting for.
It's really less a matter of "blind so people don't cheat" than someone being mad because of disproportionate numbers of entries from some people. (Don't actually know if that's a problem... again, trying to feel this out as I go.)
If there IS a watermark, I'll sort something out so it shouldn't be too big of a concern.
There's no limitations on visual or audio material, so long as it can be screened before the general audience. So long as the video is in a good enough condition to work with (proper codec) we're not gonna drop it because of something as silly as subtitles. Remember, though, that it's audience judged, and an audience can be picky about stuff like that. Putting in your OWN subs is, of course, allowed, since it's part of the joke. All the tech details plus the FTP site are on the AWA website www.awa-con.com under "Events" "Video Art Track".
The FTP server is up and running. Check the Pro contest post for the site.
No such thing as too short. 'Fraid I can't check your link, 'cause I'm at someone else's computer without any real players.
