What pisses me off is the score for the visual quality in that video. People just scored high in that area to get it on the top ten.. actually there is a lot of videos on the top ten that are not good visaul quality wise.. or maybe that is a different video.. not sure if it's the same sandstorm video..

Actually, people prolly scored high because people who get blown away by flashy videos automatically score 10s in every category. And again, two years ago the standard for visual quality was a little lower than it is now.

'Fucking kill me' was exactly what she was going after, a psychological breakdown, not a headache. Well... maybe in your case a headache, but a self inflicted headache, has nothing to do with the video, has to do with your psychological state. The state of being biased against these kind of amvs in the first place.

You're as equally biased as I am. Just in the opposite direction. And if you try to invalidate my opinion, logic dictates yours must be equally at fault. So we have to take the middle ground, in which case the video still doesn't achieve its purpose.

Anyway, we're kinda off topic here.

yes true, but see the difference is I don't look at technical quality as you pointed out in your recent post to someone else, you apparently look at that. I just don't -_-. May be my bias towards this amv, but it's my bias towards all amvs I guess. I could love a noob's eutoob special just as much as an award winning technical masterpeice, if you wanna call that biased be my guest. I'm not trying to point out any fault here only correct a notion, that Delirium was made to give ppl headaches. ppl were made to give ppl headaches. Delirium doesn't give me headaches it gives me uncontrollable excitement but there is the other option for the other 'type' of person where uncontrollable emotion leads to confusion leads to self inflicted pain. Delirium does not = headache, Delirium = exactly what it was meant for. I gave it 10's, not all 10s, but I'd commend it for bringing a point acrossed.

;p yeah, off topic but I've never found the use of bringing it elsewhere. I'd pm it to you but I don't want anybody to think delirium is some flashy amv all about being flashy with no point like... all those other pointless 'oh! Igot After Effects to do this!!' amvs.

So again, to you Delirium (or dance vids in general) = headache but we can't skip steps and completeley say for all ppl, delirium has no point but to cause headaches. It doesn't give me a headache, I watched it all day when it first came out. It's spectacular, but not for you ;p.

I remember a lot more videos always being listed in the top 10% untill some point where someone changed it and suddenly there were a lot less videos up there and a lot less videos getting showcased as a result.
