Here's a brief rundown:
...but before we do that, here's a gist what a heck tsundere means.
Basically an anime female character who's a tsundere is bitchy on the outside, but if you get them in the right mood they become cute and bubbly. Examples of tsundere characters:
Rin Tohsaka (Fate/stay night)
Shana (Shakugan no Shana)
Chidori (Full Metal Panic)
Naru (Love Hina)
Haruhi Suzumiya (The Melencholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)
...and of course most of the main female cast of Tsuyokiss.
The series is based on a ero-game by Candy Soft with the themes songs composed by I've Sound and sung by the infamous KOTOKO. You can check out the TV staff credits here though the plot summery listed is based on the PC game not the TV series. I heard the TV series' plot is a bit different since that red-purple-ish haired girl Sunao Konoe is the main character.
First episode has already premiered though I found it this title is a Media Factory title which means fansubs will be hard to get.

Hmmm, the first episode was fairly entertaining with a good amount of animation. Though I have to say, I didn't expect quite of bit of bickering bitchy girls in this episode; most of the main ones looked mean. 
Nonetheless, this episode concentrated on the girl named Sunao Konoe who had a passion in the drama arts, but the school she transfered to did have a drama club. So basically she had to persuade the rather bitchy student counsel president on why there should be one. Of course this led to rather zany results and the reunion of her obligatory childhood friend whom she slapped. He pretty much remembered her from the insult he gave her awhile back.
