Question

I'm very new at making AMVS, but I was wondering when you find clips to put in your video does it matter what order it really happened in the series? :?:

For the most part it doesn't. It really depends on what you are going for. As long as the amv follows the lyrics of the song and you form an idea of a story that you want to go after and not have it look random by just throwing scenes in there then it should be fine.

BEAT SYNCH FTW! And don't fallow the anime in the exact order things happen, that's boring. Shake things up a bit, huh? ^_^

Oh, and for your where question, your best bet it ripping footage off DVD's. And make sure to DL AMVAPP (just google it and it's the first link that pops up) it has lots of cool tools to help you out.

It depends on what you're trying to do. As long as it's consistent, it doesn't really matter because if you pick the right clips for the job then the scene order mostly takes care of itself.

Anyway, there are plenty of videos on the site. Why don't you pay attention to their scene order and see what works and what doesn't?
