Also, because this may be part of the misunderstanding: different boards function in different ways. The place you come from may do things a certain way because it suits their situation, size, and other factors. That doesn't mean that the org necessarily "needs" to do things their way or that it will fit their situation.

xD You think im Upset of this? pfft I only joined this website to see if there was anything I do or to make this site I had never thought It would have made me mad.

1) Normally, one would join a site because they have an interest in the subject of the site. Like, usually people join this site because they enjoy AMVs in some form or another. Not because they wanted to waltz in and "improve" a site that has worked just fine for over five years.

2) If you wanted to work on or "improve" the site that much, you should have joined the programmer's user group or pm/emailed one of the administrative type people to see if they needed any help.

3) You are entitled to your opinion and are free to give suggestions. That's what these threads are for. But if you're going to put it out there for everyone to see, be prepared for it to get shot down. There is no reason to get defensive because people don't like your idea or the site isn't set up to cater to your idea. And, with the public suggestion thing, it usually isn't best to self appoint or suggest yourself as the leader. It makes it seem like you're just fishing for a title.

4) Take the stick out of your ass or I will take it out for you and beat you with it. You vill have fun, and you vill like it! *whip crack*
