Your English is very good. I hadn't realised.

If you want to cut stuff out in MSPaint, it's easiest to use the polygon tool. That doesn't have any way of creating a curve, so if you want a nice smooth outline you have to use lots of smaller lines. That takes a while, so don't start out doing every single frame unless you have near-infinite patience. The GIMP is like Photoshop, but it's free. It looks good, but I haven't tried it.

What editing program are you planning on using? That makes a huge difference when it comes to this kind of vid.

i have seen some hilarious vids featuring muraki. ("boys" in one of the ddr projects was just grand! in that video, the creator did color alterations and makeup on him to make him lipsynch to the girl's voice. even without that, it still would have beedn hilarious!) i think that could totally work! please do make it!
