Brand New First Year CON!! You don't have to be there to win, dead line is Monday, November 13th, 2006. Rules are posted Here under AMV.

Any questions can be sent to amv@phoenixanimefest.com

Also it says there are no Online Submitions since we have no FTP but we will accept online if you upload it to such sites as yousendit, or megaupload. Then send the link plus the information required to the e-mail above! :)

New Update!

You may submit videos that you'd like to be shown but not entered in the contest. Same rules apply to these videos as normal submitions except for one, these videos may have won at a previous con. Just put Exhibition Only for the catagory.

I think I'm going to try and go to this convention. I like small cons, and it's closer then half the cons I go to.
