go all the way down the page.. and then click to were it says "link" click that... It will come up with a donation page then go all the way to the bottom of that and click "proceed". Then it will take you to another page and wait 10 seconds and it will let you download it.

however, if you click pledge and then actually donate to the site, you will get a sleu of shiny new buttons to click and ratings to see...along with the destruction of the 10 second wait for local downloads

although donation isn't mandatory, it really helps keep this site running.

and one other thing to keep in mind, this isn't a chatroom...so you shouldn't expect instant replies. 13 minutes is enough to get one reply...usually (depends on the nature of the topic...some people answer the same questions day in, day out...so they might ignore questions like this)
