I am making a AMV on Sailor Moon and i use a little sequence from EP. 200 where Usagi(Sailor Moon) appear "nude" .

It is considered "sexual content" ?

I can use this sequence ?

A brief shot of nudity usually isn't too bad. If you're worried about it, I'd suggest uploading the video to yousendit.com or some place like that (or if you have your own hosting), and send us an email with the link so that we can view it.

For future reference, there's nothing in Sailor Moon that would be considered sexual content on this site. Nothing. It's one of the known 'okay' anime.

The source comes from "Sailor Moon Stars R2 DVD" recently released.

The quality of this DVD is awesone considered that this anime has more than 10 years

Gagh. I want that. It looks cleaner than the US dvds of the first few seasons. Not that it's hard, as bad as those are.

But, yeah. For the most part "magical girl" nudity scenes are a-okay here. When they start showing nipples (like Daingaizer 3 for example), it's a little closer to sexual nudity. SM has that nice 'clean' look to the nudity, all innocent and such, and practically every nudity scene in it has been used for a vid at one point or another. You don't need to run clips past the mods if you're using a known and approved source like Sailor Moon. It's used as an example of "clean non-sexual nudity" - the opposite of the stuff that's banned on local.

no, I don't think you can have a exact list either unless the show has no nudity whatsoever. You can use non sexual nudity for sexual purposes or reverse that with a hentai.
