Some videos that belong in the Reccomended section

I noticed there were a few anime's that aren't in the Reccomended section. Is there a section of this forum where we can add our opinions or suggestions for animes we feel derserve a spot amoung the animes the mods selected.

For example , I don't see Berserk anywhere in there. I personally like that anime , more then X or One piece.

I would also like a misc section for all the less known anime. Like Street Fighter and videos that have Adult Swim in it. ( Aqua Team Hunger Force , Sea Lab, etc)
