aff...lagarith and huffy worked out but i had to stop the convertion because i'd have no more free space in the end...after that i tried pic video, xvid, divx and cinepak ( it's sad...i know )...the same warning about retrieving frame appeared...until now at least i've learned something...if someone have an idea please: tell me!!! thanks =D

you can keep the files in the ogm container and find your clips in virtualdubmod (using the mark in and mark out buttons on the bottom they're the rightmost ones)
when you save the clips you select lagarith as the compressor.
space you need to pull this off...not much. I have ~260 clips in my current project encoded with huffy (~1-2 seconds each) and it takes about 4.5 GB
you might want to consider clearing some space on your HD, not quite sure how much space you can free up though.
