When I look back at my earliest videos, that first thing that comes to mind is, "Thank God I'm not using WMM anymore." Then, my eyes start burning due to the sucky downloaded clips I used as my video source.

I planned for the eventuality. That's why my first was a really simple concept-driven video with a progressive source.

Seriously, you know it's concept-driven when the biggest response at ACen came at the beginning in the video when the audience saw that someone had used *that* anime with *that* song. From there, all it took was competent execution to hold its own. That's all the editing was- competent. But the concept was good enough to net it a win at a smaller convention last year.

This year, my Kino's Journey video may be a harder sell, but it also has all my experience from the first video behind it. Watch it fail miserably anyway.
