Anime Central AMV Contest Deadline is Fast approaching.

Hello all, there's less than one week left before the deadline for the AMV Contest. SO be sure to hurry up and get them done. Remember it needs to be in OUR HANDS by the 15th. This of course applies to the Theme Contest and the Normal contest.

Mine should go out in the mail tomorrow, allowing 3 days for it to get there First Class.

If you supplied an e-mail address on your entry form staff will notify you of receipt of your entry.

If I sent mine in at the end of March, should I be concerned if I haven't gotten an e-mail yet?

We don't send out confirmation emails when we get them, but rest assured, we probably have it if you sent it in march

It's too bad that I can't submit the same video for both the theme and regular contests, because while mine isn't a trailer per se, it would definitely fit the theme.

I'll just stick it in drama, since I want a shot at Best in Show.

Confirmation e-mails of receipt and format checking have been now been sent. If you did not get one today I did not receive your entry as of yesterday.

If for whatever reason my DVD fails to play, even though it checked out fine on both my DVD-ROM drives and a Philips DVD player, let me know and I can send it again as a standalone MPEG-2 file.
