sorry, but I've worked for a really long time to get this stuff together and then have it all be degraded makes me mad. Frustration......

It helps alright, though, I'll keep it to myself. As far as being helpful, don't video's, or at least some, have varying bitrates? Maybe at that time its more than the computer can handle and the rest of it is fine? Also, could it just the download? Even from the org I occasionally get downloads that seem to be missing a few bits and fail. Does it play on just your computer fine without a hook up to your tv?

no....noo...., I took out the card, put in the ati card to discover I never needed it, then put the nvidia card back in...Yeah. The videos worked fine before....perfectly. I guess I'll just jiggle it around.

Ok, here are a list of things I should have told you, but didn't:

Divx player isn't working, but others are

refresh rate of 60 hertz

and tv is set as primary display in which whenever a video is played, it goes full screen in the tv

any suggestions?
