Computer to Television by S-cable (up and running, only lag)

I have a NVIDIA graphics card and an S-video cable hookup to a tv in which both my monitor and my television receive the same picture. Only problem is, during specific parts of specific videos, it freezes, lags, as the music plays in the bankground and soon both monitors come back to the right positions. Anyone have a TV to computer that could help me with this?

could you provide further details?
What specific parts of specific videos? can you send a link? doe's this happen when the TV is not connected?

The never harming solution is updating your GFX card drivers. see if that helps.

I've never heard of this problem before... But I've only used TV out on 5 different ATi cards, never Nvidia.

Are you sure you're able to cause this lag with specific parts of specific videos, with the lag only seen on the TV screen while the PC monitor has no problem? Cause I don't see how this can happen.

I used the part in Metro's True Fiction. Right when it switches songs from The intro song to Das Omen when the flakes of light come together to create an explosion which leads to asuka sitting in her cockpit. Apparently, it lags on both my monitor and my TV, but I'll have to double check that. I'll try updating as well. The Computer to TV makes it all worth while. FYI, the NVidia apparently worked better for me because both the TV and Monitor would only be at 15 frames per second and horizontal bars would be needed to refresh the screen (keep in mind that I did not install the drivers because I took the ATI card from another computer).

I don't suppose you really want to help me, huh? Why did you ask me what videos it lagged during if you were just going to end up saying " do you think its your gay crappy computer?". My god, go read a dictionary of common sense because every forum i see you in, You are criticizing or are being criticized. Maybe it's just you. One look at your avatar totally gives it away....
Anyway, updating is the best answer then? And DJ, make a video besides a trailer.

How is what DJ said insulting? Maybe it IS just too old. There's, your computers a fucking piece of shit, with plenty to be said about the owner, and, a more general its just not good enough to run two moniters. Though, your haste to lash out at it indicates a whole lot of fun stuff to poke at.
