nope. You should see the series before attempting to guess (it's a tricky question imo)
They are related, but not in the traditional family sense (just to clear up any confusion)

example: in algebra, y and x are related to one another through an equation like y=2x + 4

im just gonna guess here judging by the equation.

As said in the question already they are both Dolems.....hmmmm......so you could only mean that Sforzando used to be attached to Forzando, or?

getting closer, you could say that they were attatched to each other, but it's not like they're conjoined twins.

to make life a little easier for everyone, here's a hint.
Sfozrando does come from a specific part of Forzando, and it is a major part of the sotry for about 1.5 episodes
