I didn't realize that video was on a-m-v.org, it's one of my favorites!

I love Blumchen, they make great happy hardcore and eurodance XD
And Golden Boy was such a fun OAV.

If it's the video I'm thinking of, all you need to do is play the song while you're watching that scene from the anime
