What exactly does local mean? one of the videos I watched had a comment on it that said that the video almost didn't fit local. and I was just wondering what it meant.

"Local" refers to a video hosted on the Org's servers. The size limit is 100 meg, so they mean that one of your videos is close to 100 meg in size.

in my opinion the content was borderline on weather or not it should be allowed on local... thats my opinion, its not my place to actually say weather or not it is against the rules, I am not a mod. thats why I wrote that.
