It was quite promising, but there were to many things that bothered me.
Most important was that on too many parts of the song you managed to ignore it with the visuals not changing.
It seems you tried to get rid of the DivX logo (and/or subtitles) but the logo was still showing and it distracts the eye very strong.
The video still was worth watching, if alone for the wtf?!? 2:00-2:03 segment and the kinky henshin-scenes in the end (although they were not timed at all, they were nice to look at).
Picking a shorter song or cutting the lenght down would have helped a lot in making a more packed and fun video.

I agree with Streicher. Work on timing and synchronizing the video with the music. If I wouldn't be interested in this anime, I propably wouldn't have watched this to an end. The kiss at the end sold me 
Also, compress your audio. It's taking up twice as much space as the video, which suffers quality :/
