BTW I might suggest Ear Plugs durring part of the contest
I think that the Shrieking Rabbid Fangirls will be louder and with 2983 seats, in larger numbers

Are you screening the cut entries at any point? If so, are they split by category? If so, could you fix my entry so it's in comedy like it should have been, but wasn't because i'm an idiot? If so, thanks. :)

I would have to go through all teh entries and remove any that were dq'd due to content, if Vlad can work it into his schedule for the AMV Rooms I could hand him the AMVs that were cut

As I only have 2 x 4 hour blocks, I not sure I can swing showing those as they would eat up over half that time (that and I've wroked it out to be pack the place to prove to the exec how popular AMVs are....

BUT if the two blocks are a success, then next year should be easier to get a dedicated room for AMVs and be able to show all the overflow from the contest...

not a problem
and if I am doing the contest again next year, I can better make notes on what things were disqualified for
(personally I like a LOT of the AMVs that were DQ'd and or Cut, but honestly, I just simply dont have the time to try and translate the chicken scratch that is my hand writting, as well as view more than 4 hours of video, while making more notes in my illegible chicken scrawl)
