lip synch to sounds in the audio?

Is there any videos that do this? I think it's an interesting concept.. here is an example..

My 'history of US Presidents' AMV (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=43162) used a recording taken directly from a videotape of the Animainiacs TV show. There are some crashing effects which I incorporated into the video.

Some was intentional, and some just fell into place on its own.

Kevin Caldwell did that a little in his Caffeine Encomium vid, when he synced the bird's mouths to sounds in the music.

My next major one is probably going to lip-sync one of the instruments, because it reminds me of that character's voice/attitude. But that's for comedic value more than anything.

And it's probably a year off. So no links yet, obviously.

It is an interesting concept. Lateral thinking.

haha that was a pretty funny example, looks more entertaining than with lyrics. I should try making one like that sometimes if I ever get good enough, it's very peculiar.

And you know... instrumentals & most electronica are able to tell a far greater story than songs with actual words. Because any daft person can comprehend lyrics, while listening to music without words you're really able to feel the story in a whole new way; it's much more compelling

Gunna have to check out those other ones too.
