TV-Card Help Sources

oK... seeing as i'm obviously asking too much of a specific question.
Does anyone know of a TV-card help site?
Or a phone number...?
I'm in australia, but i'll call overseas.

I really would like my card to work and i simply am running out of ideas...I don't know what to do.

try calling the manufacturer of the card...

lol, i'm glad you think so highly of me pwolf.

I have several times.
their "immediate assistance" directory is in korean...
sadly i don't speak korean.

So i have no idea what the korean computer is saying.
Let alone why it hangs up after a period of time.

Its already cost me $10 in credit, so i'm not going to call south korea anymore as i can't waste anymore credit.

lol never know :P i always assume if someone hasn't mentioned it, they didn't try it. it's a better safe then sorry type of thing. don't want to assume someone did all the common sense options just in case they didn't and we end up spending hours when it was really a simple solution that was ruled out from the begining.

as far as website or a number to call, you might be out of luck... i'd just search google and hope.
