I wanna know if you can literally MAKE music videos on this site. If you could help...it would be appreciated. Because I REALLY wanna make some Ranma or DBZ videos.

No..you have to have a video editing program like Windows Movie Maker or Premire to make the videos...you can only share them via download links here...and of course reveiw others vids and talk about them on the forums as well....
