Response to that Need sources thread

yeah.....it was the second thing. Didn't know it was forbidden because I've seen it done before. Secondly, where exactly are the rules to this forum? And why is it that sharing sources is forbidden?

But where's the rule saying no sharing sources?

I also noticed the rules were written like the Ten Commandments, didn't appreciate that.

7. There shall be no posts containing or on how to obtain warez, crackz, serialz, emulators, porn/hentai, bootlegs, or illegally obtain downloadable anime episodes, music, or any other sort of copyrighted material. You will be banned without warning for such posts.

Sharing is still an act of obtaining.

Look down at forum-specific rule #7 again. The "downloadable" modifier here following "illegally obtain" may be bollixing you, but if you read the sentence as having three distinct clauses of prohibited material, episodes that someone sends you over a private back channel or uploads to your space will fall under "any other sort of copyrighted material". And getting something under standard copyright without paying the original creators for it certainly falls under "illegally obtain".

So, no go.
