Searching for AMVs

I've been out of the loop for a while, I've noticed some features have been added. (Like the browse function is back. And 10% lists for the last year, 2 years, 3 years, so forth.)

So on the off chance it's there but I just can't find it. Is there a way to look at the top 10% of videos by the anime and/or artist, and if so, how do I do it?
