CAn an admin help me get my friends account activated?

He says he cant get on, he registered at the begining of the month but went on vacation and now cant get on due to "inactive"

So if an admin gets this his account name is:

Dookstar
Dook_star@hotmail.com

And thios is probably in the wrong place and i apologise, Im just trying to help my bud
