I still can't upload to Kero

I'm using CuteFTP v7.1 and it's still not working.
I get this message:

STATUS:> Transferring file "Will not Heal.wmv"...
STATUS:> Resolving host name kero.animemusicvideos.org...
STATUS:> Host name kero.animemusicvideos.org resolved: ip = 69.26.178.19.
STATUS:> Connecting to FTP server kero.animemusicvideos.org:21 (ip = 69.26.178.19)...
STATUS:> Socket connected. Waiting for welcome message...
ERROR:> Can't read from control socket. Socket error = #10054.



I don't know whats going on with Kero. It just doesn't work. I can't get to it.
