Free Ops (going to try something different)

Allrighty, I'm usually pretty lax about my free ops, and so I end up not doing half of them, so I'm going to try to be more specific. Here's the new free op system:

This is what's going to happen. You will post only one at a time. I op, I post that I opped, the next person posts, I op that, I post that I opped that, and so on, and so forth. If perchance two people post around the same instant (as that is bound to happen on a forum every so often), the one that the server considers first will be the official next op (please note, there are exceptions, and I will explain that further down). All others, regardless of how close in time, will be considered invalid and will need to be attempted again. Yes, this does go for the very first op in this. Exceptions:

1) "Officially First" op violates the content stipulations. If that is the case, it is disqualified, and the second posted video, assuming it meets the content stipulations will be opped. If none of the videos meet the criterion I will post saying that the round has started again.
2) If a video after an "Officially First" video turns out to be a video I already owe an op for, that video becomes the "Officially First" video, and the first poster will need to attempt again. This seems only fair, as I did promise to do those ops ages ago, and if the editor still cares enough, she or he should really get priority.
3) The "Officially First" video does not work, for whatever reason. Even if I download it, I am willing to move on to the runner up. Should the problem be fixable, the poster will need to attempt again.

Is all this clear? If you are not sure, please clarify BEFORE attempting a post.

Okay, now for those content stipulations:

1) No Nawrto. Please, dear God.
2) No DBZ.
3) No linkin Park, no Evanescence, no other "zOMG overused music"
4) If it's a gundam wing video, it better be good. At least the quality of my own Heero's A Mess or better.
5) No logos, subtitles, improper aspect ratios, or anything else you would be embarrassed to show. If you submit it, I might well still give you an opinion, but you may not like it very much.

In addition, I prefer Utena vids, just out of a personal taste, seems to be what I collect the most of.

AGAIN, IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE RULES, ASK. AND FOR GOD'S SAKE, USE COMMON SENSE. IF IN DOUBT, POST SOMETHING ELSE.

However, since you did post before this rule was clearly established, I am opping your KOF - Dial KOF for Maximum Impact vid. All your others fail the stipulations in the previous post. I hope this is okay.

Your video is disqualified, since L.Fist had a valid (at the time) entry. You will need to attempt again after I finish L.Fist's op.

Your op is up. I hope you don't consider it too harsh. It was done in the spirit of helpful criticism. I really do suggest you watch Static, that's some seriously tight editing.

Out-freaking-standing. Only one problem... Org won't let me op your video. Which sucks, because it's probably one of the best I've seen in a long, long time. Assuming I can clear this up with the admins, I'll get your op up asap. It won't be disqualified because of a server error. Not your fault.
