A new video

Post by death_nite » Tue Feb 21, 2006 1:57 pm

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, kind of new here, heh, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get a Flash Player. I've created a script for a hilarious flash-anime style video, but I can't seem to do it right. Because I'm not sure of this, I'm not going to post my scrpt here, but I will if I find out this is the place to do so. :?:

site rules forbid asking for downloads and where to get them.

you can buy the program (if you have the money), but if you just need the player (to view flash applications) you can get the latest version from here

...not quite sure what you mean by flash-anime style video.
if it is one of your own creations in the anime style then I'm pretty sure you can upload it on this site.

the only thing is that this site focuses on videos, not flash.
you could post your script, but I'm not sure how many people here use flash regularly, so you might not get much help.

just as a precaution, read the forum rules

Thanks, but I wasn't asking for a download. I was just wanting to know if anyone knew a better way than using a flash program to create anime videos.

Oh yeah, certainly. But there's lots of options and you'll have to look at them to see what you like, and can or can't afford. First off, if you have Windows, play around with Windows Movie Maker. It's pretty simple to learn, but it's the kind of non-linear editing program you'll want to use form making AMV's. Then check out the Sticky topics in the Video Software Help Forum that relate to video editing programs (some are free).

Also, check out the sites Guides for helpful tutorials on how to use certain programs you'll need. Good luck.
