opinion help!!!!

Ok, so before my video FMA - Untitled was uploaded someone left an opinion on it saying:

"Hey great minds think a like i'm making a fma music video with the same song well hope your amv will come out soon i really want to watch it"

And as far as scroing goes they left all 5's! Now these 5's are really weighing down on my overall averages since most other opinions are leaving betwen 8-10. I got in touch with the person via pm, e-mail and by leaving my own opinion on one of their videos saying:

"Heya. Please can you delete or edit your opinion on my video FMA - Untitled please as you left it before the video was up and your scores are badly weighing down my overall scores. I'll delete/edit this op when you delete/edit the one you left for mine. Thanks for the co-operation."

But they seem to have taken no notice of any of these, and although I've given them months I've still gotten no reply. Now I don't want to sound rude or anything but I don't think its fair that they left such harsh scores before my video was even uploaded! So I was wondering if it was at all possible for one of the site moderators to delete this opinion or at least do something about it. If not, please reply and thankyou anyway for reading this.

I won't post the users name on the forum because I don't think thats fair however if one of the moderators would like to know pm me. Thanks again.

Let me get this straight. You had someone leave you an average score on a video that wasn't even up to view yet, and you responed by giving a revenge op then decided that several months later it would be a good idea to ask for admin help?

I've gone and deleted both opinions.

Leaving a revenge op to try and get into contact with someone really isn't a great idea. If he didn't get back to you by email/PM, it's best to just come to us so that we can get rid of the op.

I know, I apologise for that, the results of desperation and aggitation. I thought that I'd try not to drag admin in to a silly little problem if I could deal with it myself, a regretable idea, but thankyou for sorting it all out.

Thanks a lot Tsunami Jones, if anything of the sort happens again, I won't even think of leaving a revenge op ^_^
