Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

I've uploaded the fixed version. The subtitles in the credits are minorly affected by it, but the tracks themselves are back in order. The subtitle thing is also pretty much only noticable if you're using to watching it at the other speed anyway, so the difference in time is so small. They come on at just about the same time the first word in the line is said instead of slightly before.

Oh yeah, I didn't name them the same thing because I wasn't sure about permissions (FTPs can be finicky about that sometimes), so I just appended '-fixed' to the end of the filename before the extension.

/me hits the thread with his quick opinion about t3h tracks..

Track 1: Good ^.^b
Track 2: Crap (What the hell happened to those hands.. were they crushed by that book? Who the hell teached this guy syncing!? Those commands from t3h admiral and his XO looks like lip-sync.. BLEH!)
Track 3: Mediocre (I think this one went wrong the second RahXephon was chosen as the footage.. but this is because I'm fed up with it ;))
Track 4: Good (I was REALLY sceptic about this track to begin with. When O4L said he'll fill in and make the track in 3hours my sceptism went through the roof. This one works suprisingly well with Laputa though. Nice surprise)
Track 5: Mediocre/Good
Track 6: Good
Track 7: Good (hahaha.. effects.. *snicker*)
Track 8: Purrfect (Other one of my favourite tracks. I had the same anime choice idea too if there was a need to fill in for this. Even though Jadey's concept differs a little from mine she still made a great job)
Track 9: Good ^.^b (Another one that I was sceptic at when I saw the anime choice. Even though it starts a bit clumsy the latter part works surprisingly well. Good job)
Track 10: Good
Track 11: Purrfect (My other favourite track. This song seems like it's made for AYA and the last part has great feel in it ^.^b)
Track 12: Good ^.^b
Track 13: Mediocre
Track 14: Good (Honestly. IMHO this is the best MEP-track I have managed to done so far ^-^)
Track 15: Good
Track 16: Good ^.^b
End: Did I leave that track too long? ^^'' It seems there's so much "empty space" during it.. as a credits track.

I still curse that I was away during the beta release and couldn't influence the transitions. Hate to say it but some of those are just.. bad. Both transitions of track 3, from 6 to 7, from 7 to 8, 14 to 15 (Long cross-fade dude! LONG CROSS-FADE! Awww >_x) and 15 to 16.. all of these could have been done very differently and better :/
(is there still an audio clinch before the credits track?)

Anyway.. It was a fun project to work with. Thanks to every participants from me as well ^_^ Especially the Magical Q for technical help.

Still? I know that because of how the subtitles were in the face of the framerate issue, the credits had to be isolated with a Trim command and merged back in. It did leave an audible trace, unfortunately.

I guess I should be happy I don't merit any special comments. I know I had fun making my track.

It was quite fun working on this project. I especially had fun rewriting O4L's description to make it... more suitably epic.
