First of all, I want to give a big apology to the 4 remaining contestants (and any remaining people that are still following this tournament
) It was entirely my fault that this thread took so damn long to go up. Right when Round 3 ended, I ended up having a lot of things to work on remain focused on, so it made it harder to jump back into the tournament stuff when all that was over. So anyways, once again, my apologies.Anyhoo. On to the nitty gritty. This is going to be a very different round in terms of rules. The same time rules apply (can choose between 2 or 3 hours), however, both the way the sources are picked and the music is selected is being changed.

We are still going to do the rolling the dice between 1 and 5. However.. This time around, each item on your list, will be THREE sources. If this doesn't make sense, here is an example of an acceptable list.
1. Cowboy Bebop Vol. 1, 5, & 6
2. Akira, End of Evangelion, Ghost in the Shell
3. Interstella 5555, Night on the Galactic Railroad, Queen Emeraldes
4. RahXephon Movie, End of Evangelion, Beyond the Clouds
5. Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children
The same rules apply for not listing sources you've already used in the tournament. Also, you CAN list the same source in up to TWO different items (like I did with End of Evangelion in items 2 and 4).
Now, just because you have 3 source items doesn't mean that you HAVE to use every item in your list. For example if you had use the list above and then rolled a 4, and the song you picked worked perfectly for just Beyond the Clouds, then that would be fine.
Because you will now have 3 sources to rip and prep, I will find out from each person if they need more than 24 hours to prepare. If so, I will give everybody 48 hours (I would certainly think this should be sufficient enough time to rip, prep, and watch 3 DVDs)
Audio:
This will be the first time this tournament where the contestants themselves will be selecting the audio. However... They will be selecting it from a list of 15 songs chosen by myself and Rozard. Because of this, we are going to plan to meet 45 minutes in advance as opposed to 15 minutes in advance so you have an opportunity to go through all the songs and pick one that you think will fit the sources you rolled. When you are in the chat room, you will keep the song you picked a secret to your competitor so there's no influence based on what you think the other person will be doing.
Well, that's all that's really changing for this round. If you guys CAN plan it out to have the matches on the same night, I think that would be very cool
But if not, it's perfectly fine. Let me know as soon as you get something scheduled, and we can get this going.
