for future reference, you should do a little looking before asking a question
chances are that your question has been answered recently.
there are also a wealth of guides that you can get to from your members main page.

This next bit is just what I think.
the violet text is really hard to read on a white background (at least you didn't make the text small)
I'd stick to darker colors
