Plagerism? you tell me....

I've only posted 2 videos on Youtube, but in the description I very specifically stated that I was in no way involved in the making of the video, and afterwards stated WHO created the videos, but I gave out the usernames only, not the actual people's name. I posted one of the videos there because it was no longer available on this site due to the fact that it was put to an Evanescence song, and I was trying to get the creator some credit, while trying to shut down youtube at the same time.

Btw, for the picky bastards out there, I know the correct name of the site, but this site has some kind of protection that automatically replaces You Tube with youtub.

/me is still amused that suddenly no one can spell "Youtub<a>e</a>" correctly.

But yeah, flagging videos as inappropriate has been successful in getting them removed in the past, apparently...

I'm just trying to get my favorite video some recognition, while trying to shut down "Youtube". And as for the spelling thing, I really don't bother to think of using "" in my text when not needed.

Well I know I would be pissed and I have to say the only thing you can do is flag them for using your video. As far as plagrism you can't really call it that because you are using the audio sources which have been copyrighted and the anime source as well.

Eventhough I have talked to a friend saying amv's are like pardoies. Where your only using parts of clips and not using the audio source from that show, he saying it isn't against the copyright. For you are not putting up an episode for download. Which I would still arguee that those clips are still owned by the company. Also the other thing he was saying using the songs can be legal. He said that if you lower the quality to radio quality at 64KB/s then that would be legal because it isn't CD quality and it isn't giving out the best source. Now another my friend said is that you can get good quality of 64KB/s it just takes a lot of work getting that quality at that rate. Is my friend right about this audio source thing?
