Where to report Broken Links?

I was just wondering where i could go to report broken links? there doesn't seen to be a place to do it, or I just can't find it.

BTW, AMV Hell 2 direct link isn't worling.

If the broken links are direct or indirect download links, just PM or email the creator. It's most likely a problem on their end and therefore their issue to fix.
