I need a step by step guide to ftp

Can someone give me a link to the easiest and free FTp thingy. and a step by step guide how to get my vids up on this site/ to get the ftp to work. One problem i have it that everytime i try to upload the same vid it gives me a dif name and pw. Please help!!
