When i look at video averages it says like 3.5[19th] behind it, and such what are those numbers behind the average supposed to represent

The first number is the average Star Score. The one in brackets is the percentile.

If you hover over the text with a little dotted line under it, a small box should (eventually) pop up with the definition of what that piece of info means.
