Help?

Ok, I've got TMPGEnc, Virtual Dub, Windows Movie Maker, and lots of music and anime DVD's. What do I do now? I can't figure out how to start. Please help me. Like the basic steps.

Sorry, its something my friends and I use. Its like jumping and hugging someone when you're really estatic. Putting huggle on the front is just emphacizing your hapiness even more.
