No video

Every time that I download a video I get audio only, what am I doing wrong? I'm running IE and Media Player.

I didn't see anything about this issue in that guide.

That whole guide is devoted to this very issue. It explains quite clearly that you need either a media player that can play almost anything out of the box (read: VLC), or you need the codec that the video requires. It sounds like you lack a compatible video codec, which is why the audio will play but the video won't.
