Kero Site...No Upload option??

Ok, so I want to uplaod a video to Kero...so I do as the directions say, i request an upload from here and I get my URL, username, and password...I click on my url and the only thing i see on the page is "Up to higher level directory" with the url in bold up above it...So...how am I supposed to upload anything to it? If i click the "Up to higher level directory" it doesn't do anything...And if i try to go into the kero site manually, some other page pops up saying something about "if this is not the page you are looking for...etc."...I look at some of the other forums that mention kero, but aren't any help...Anyone know what to do?

You're not supposed to access Kero via your web browser; you're supposed to use an FTP client.
