Sakura-Con 2006 Deadline EXTENDED

Hey what's the deal with proxies? This would be the first AMV contest I've entered, and I will not be able to be present at the actual convention, nor do I know anyone that will be. Can I still enter if I don't have a proxy?

Proxies are for if you are unable to attend the contest, but have a friend attending, you can authorise them to pick up any awards you may win

also if you win an award and do not have a proxy, we can still mail it to you, its just more options of recieving awards, and most likely the Proxy picking it up will be faster than the Mail

Wait, you have to mail in a form? Is that just the proxy form if you have a proxy, or is there another form I need to mail in?
