The songs from DDR aren't from any anime, and are mostly done for the game. All these artist's in the game are the same person, Naoki:
* 8 bit – used only in "Afronova Primeval"
* 180, 190, 190', 200, 270, 290 – numeric pseudonyms refer to the song's BPM rating, and are used on the fast-paced "PARANOiA" sequence of songs
* 1479 - used only in his remix of "Get me in your sight"
* B3-Project – Used only in "The Theme From Enter The Dragon"
* BeForU, BeForU NEXT (sound producer)
* Blue Destroyers - used only in "Hypnotic Crisis"
* Crystal Aliens – used only in "Sexy Planet" and "Sexy Planet (from Nonstop Megamix)"
* D&G Music Factory - used only on OSTs [BM 5 OST]
* d-complex – used only in "Ecstasy"
* DE-SIRE – used mainly on the "Trip Machine" series of songs, on Healing Vision, and also on Tsugaru (vs. another Naoki alias, RevenG) [DDR Ex OST]
* DIVAS (member of) – used in "Baby Baby Gimme Your Love", its 2002 remix, and "Secret Rendez-vous" [DDR PC OST]
* DJ Kazu – used only for his remix of "Luv To Me"
* D.J. RICH – used only in "SUPERSTAR" and its remix
* FACTOR-X – used only in "Wild Rush"
* FIXX – used only in "Vanity Angel" [DDR Ex OST] (member of)
* KTz (member of) – used only in "AM-3P" and its remix "AM-3P East Mix"[DDR PC OST]
* Luv Unlimited - used only in "CANDY☆"
* mitsu-O! - used in Jamaican-style songs [DDR PC OST]
* NAOKI – used in Speed Rave and (Hyper) Eurobeat songs
* NAOKI 190 – used only in "Hysteria", also refers to the song's BPM rating
* NAOKI J-STYLE – used only in "Kiss Me All Night Long"
* NAOKI underground – used in a few trance songs [DDR Ex OST]
* NM – Naoki Maeda's initials [DDR PC OST]
* N.M.R – used a few songs in earlier versions of DDR; it is commonly said to mean "Naoki Maeda Revolution", but some sources say it's "Naoki Maeda Recordings" [DDR PC OST]
* NM Sequence Unlimited - used only on OSTs [DDR Ex OST]
* NO.9 – used only in "End of the Century", refers to Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, from which this song is a reinterpretation [DDR PC OST]
* NW260 – used only in "Drop Out"; the 260 refers to this song's BPM rating, which was much higher than any other song from the game when released
* Ω – used only in "Max 300"
* Rice C. – used only in the remix of "Jam Jam Reggae"
* RevenG (alternately RE-VENGE and Reven-G) - used in ethnic songs, like "Afronova," "祭 (Matsuri) Japan," "exotic ethnic" and "桜 (Sakura)" [DDR Ex OST]

You're forgetting the licensed songs. For example:SOAD2k8 wrote:The songs from DDR aren't from any anime, and are mostly done for the game.
Tiggy - Sobakasu (Freckles) (KCP Re-Edit)
Ventura - Lupin the 3rd '78
Those are the only two I can think of off the top of my head.
And no, not even all the Konami Originals are done by Naoki. There are quite a few by people like dj TAKA, Togo Project, Sota Fujimori (System S.F. and other aliases), U1-Asami, Sho-T, etc.

I never said that all the DDR original songs were done by Naoki, I was just pointing out how a lot of the different artists in it are in fact the same person. Good point on the Lupin the 3rd song (i feel stupid for forgeting it), but what anime was Freckles in?Scintilla wrote:You're forgetting the licensed songs. Ack, my bad, looks like I misread your post. "Freckles" was the opening theme song for Rurouni Kenshin; the new English lyrics have nothing whatsoever to do with the original Japanese lyrics or the translation that was provided on the dubbed tapes.SOAD2k8 wrote:I never said that all the DDR original songs were done by Naoki, I was just pointing out how a lot of the different artists in it are in fact the same person. Hmm, that would explain why i didn't know that it was from an anime then.Scintilla wrote:Ack, my bad, looks like I misread your post.
