How do you decrypt protected dvds?

I've tried using my dvd decrypter to decrypt protected dvds... And sometimes I get lucky and it'll copy one vob... But usually I don't, and I have to get all mad... Anyway. An example of the protected dvds (that won't decrypt to my comp) are.

Chobits (currently)

Spirited Away (A couple months ago)

...Does anyone know any free dvd decrypters that would be able to get past the protection? Thanks in advance... I'm a total newbie with this stuff...

DVD Decrypter and SmartRipper should both work... what exactly is going wrong with the process?

It will burn the first VOBs of each disk fine. (like the first 3 or 4) But once it gets to the final vobs, protections seems to kick in or something... Because it will almost refuse to read or decrypt my vob files.

Alright, I'm going to attach some images of what's going on, to see if that will help.

It could be that the disc is scratched or something, and its having difficulty reading that part.
