Hello ^.^

Well, I really like Monster.
It's my fav Anime/Manga, 'cause it's really serious and wihtout any crazy fantasy elements.

And I love Psycho-Thriller, so Monster is just the rigt Anime/Manga for me.

Oh, sorry for my band english, but I'm a German girl and well... I just speak "school english".

That episode looked like it's setting up for something big! Lots of foreshadowing...

And from the preview, it looks like Mr. Lipski will be reappearing soon - yey! Though I get the sinking feeling that bad things are about to happen to him.

I'm curious to see what you all thought of the finale. I'll share my thoughts at some later point, but after re-viewing the ending, I'm thoroughly impressed

Yaaaaaa! I would have never thought something like "welcome home" could be 2% as creepy as that whole scene with the pictures was.

I gotta say though, I'm glad that the last eps all came out in a batch. Watching that one at a time would have been pretty harsh.

All in all, the entire series is almost like a milestone. It definately takes anime into some serious, occasionally thought provoking territory. The artwork takes a while to get used to, but then once you do, you realize that all the people in the show... look kind of like, well.. people.

Amazing, just the right amount of action, emotion, suspense, and plot twists. I don't think I've ever seen a triller end quite so well. I thought they tied up all the loose ends very nicely. Johan's last flashback and lines were especially chilling. Good, good, stuff.
