ok, calm down.
You need to go to the main page and log in.
Then you need to click "Upload Video" on the left hand side of the page after you log in.
Then you need to read the rules, make sure your video complies with them, click the little box signifying that you read and understand the rules, and then select the video of yours that you want to upload from the list box of all your database entries that don't have videos uploaded yet.
Once you select the right video, click "Request upload permission"
This will put you on a page that will give you an FTP address, a login, and a password. Now you will need to open up your favorite FTP program, I reccomend
Smart FTP or
SecureFX, and enter that information into the proper fields in that program, then log in. (I reccomend using the copy/paste feature for this, it makes it easy.)
Once you're logged in, you can upload your video using the program.
Once it's done uploading, go back to the page that told you the address, and click the link that leads to where you will confirm the upload. Here, you will be given a link to the video you just uploaded. Click the link, download the video, and watch it. This is to make sure it uploaded correctly.
Once you've made sure it's been uploaded correctly, confirm the download.
It's pretty simple if you read through the directions and follow them.
