finding legal music

I DLed a Techno version of the Cranberries song "Zombie" a long time ago & want to use it to make my first AMV,.. but yadda yadda, not supposed to use "pirated" music for a-m-v.org so I was wondering if anyone knows of a source for somebodies - ANYbodies Techno music. I realize some of these clips are homemade & never get released commercially so I imagine it's gonna be tough to find.....

Try the mp3.com.au forums, there are tons of musicians posting their "music" there, as arouns some ppl will be happy to loan you their work.
