converting to DivX format

ok so I want to enter a music video to katsucon. I'm following all of the instructions and when I go to save the video in the format required (DivX) I open it up in the DivX player and all of the frames are not in the order of which I have made them. ie- The frames are delayed about three seconds. I'm saving them in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 and I just want to know is there some way I can get this to stop. Any Help will be greatly appreciated! Thankyou!!

try to encode small part of the video with different ftame-rates - - my Premiere has the same problem sometimes,when i want to export video.
Or U can try to export all your video lossless with huuffyu (or something like that ) and then to encode it with VirtuaDub
